STEP 1
Choose a recipe and bag the ingredients to be frozen.
Blueberry Delight
Ingredients to be frozen:
- ½ banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ tablespoon lemon zest
Ingredients to be added:
- ¼ cup certified gluten-free oats, raw
- ½ cup milk
- 4 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup ice cubes
Wake Up Call
Ingredients to be frozen:
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 cup mango
Ingredients to be added:
- Choose a base: yogurt, juice, milk or tea.
Tropical Get Away
Ingredients to be frozen:
- ½ cup pineapple, diced
- ½ cup mango
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 teaspoon, grated ginger
Ingredients to be added:
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt

Ingredients to be frozen:
- ½ avocado, peeled

STEP 2
When ready to prepare the smoothie, pull the frozen ingredients out of the freezer. Choose a base: yogurt, juice, milk or tea. Then add the ingredients that are called for in the recipe.
Tip: Place liquid ingredients in the blender first, then solids.
Blend on high for approximately 2 minutes until there is a smooth consistency. Scrape down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
